Tanya Blosser has a well earned reputation as a consummate professional. She has successfully managed a career in sales and marketing by combining energy, creativity, tenacity and integrity. Her love of consultative sales began early in her career while at The Washington Post. Tanya honed her skills of artful negotiation and account management while handling multi-million dollar accounts for the largest residential real estate firms in the region. Understanding and delivering results for her clients has always been a top priority. To that end, her goal is exemplary customer service with the philosophy of handling every challenge from start to finish.

In real estate sales, she has met ambitious goals since beginning her practice a few short years ago. She was named Rookie of the Year, for producing over $4.5 million in sales her first year. She's a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club (for producing over $10 million in annual sales every year since 2016) and International Diamond Society winner for Coldwell Banker. This ranks her among the top 11% of Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. She consistently ranks among the Top 100 Coldwell Banker agents in the region.

Tanya's understanding of real estate marketing contributes to her success. As a former Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she was responsible for strategically managing the company's brand in the Washington DC market. She consulted many agents on how to successfully market their listings using the Company's vast resources to meet client objectives. This knowledge base uniquely qualifies her to meet client's needs.

As a Northern Virginia native, Tanya graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke and completed a Bachelors of Arts in Government and Politics from George Mason University. She lives in the area with her husband and two daughters. While passionate about many things - wine, travel, playing Scrabble fundraising. Her true passion, found later in life, is recreational running. Tanya has completed several full half marathons as well as a 200+ mile relay. Running shoes and the open road are her therapy and helps her remember life isn't always perfect, but it is made up of perfect moments.

Win-wins are important, but what Tanya has learned through years of negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, is the most important win is the one for her clients.

Today's challenging and complex real estate market demands that real estate professionals stay current on market trends, mortgage rates programs, new technologies and local community information. Tanya's consultative sales approach constantly stays abreast of the emerging real estate market.
